Monthly billing on net terms
No per-file checkout. We invoice monthly based on volume — simple, predictable, and easier for your books.
For firms with jobs in Utah, southwest Michigan, or the Alabama Gulf Coast, we offer in-person inspections. We show up, document the loss, collect measurements and photos, then write the full Xactimate estimate back at our desk.
This is useful when your team is in the field and you need someone to handle the inspection and the estimate on a claim that’s local to us. Same quality as our remote work — we just come to the property so you don’t have to ship us photos and a sketch.
One price covers the whole thing — 2% of the estimate total, $250 minimum, with the drive, the on-site inspection, and the documentation included. No separate trip fee inside our service regions. On-site work is priced the same for every client, partner or not; the volume rate applies to desk estimating.

Salt Lake City and surrounding valley; St. George and surrounding area; southwest Michigan; Orange Beach, Alabama and the surrounding Gulf Coast — up to 100 miles in any direction from each. Beyond 100 miles, a flat $150 trip fee applies.
